CINZIA CACCIA

Creative Director

Creative Director with 15 years of experience in the advertising industry.

In 2007 he began his internship at Young&Rubicam, maturing his professionalism to become Senior Art Director, working with leading Italian and international brands in the food and telecommunications sectors.

In 2016 he moved to Leo Burnett where he took on new challenges, won several creative pitches and succeeded in cultivating his passions with projects for numerous brands in the fashion, luxury, beauty, food, tech and finance sectors such as Aldi, Beretta, CheBanca!, Fernet Branca, McDonald’s and Samsung, until he became Creative Director working on various campaigns with an exclusively digital imprint.

In March 2021 he rejoins VMLY&R as Creative Director.

Giuseppe Mastromatteo

Artist and President of Ogilvy Italia

Artist, photographer and Creative Director began his career as a studio sound engineer. He approached the art world by choosing photography as expressive medium and specialised in Art Direction at the Academy of Communication in Milan.

He has been Creative Director at some of the best agencies including DLV BBDO, DDB, Y&R and Havas New York.

His work has been exhibited in art galleries, museums and trade fairs at various venues including: Milan, Paris, London, Miami, Beijing, Basel, Istanbul and New York.

In 2006, he collaborated as Art Director with the Milan Triennale for the Bovisa Triennale project and other contemporary art exhibitions. He writes about art and teaches at prestigious institutions of higher education in the field.

He lives between New York and Milan where, since 2011, he also serves as Executive Creative Director at Ogilvy Italia. For ADCI from 2019 he is Art Ambassador and from 2022 Vice-President

LORENZO MELONI

He is known for his photography on conflicts in the Middle East. He has covered some of the most important battles in the war against the Islamic State.
He lived in Beirut from 2012 to 2014 and worked on long-term projects covering the consequences of the fall of Gaddafi in Libya, the conflict in Syria and its impact in Lebanon. His work has focused primarily on the consequences of the Sykes-Picot Agreement and the West’s military and political intervention in the Middle East.

His photographs are represented in public and private collections such as Collection Banco Sabadell, Incite project and the Bibliothèque Nationale de France.

His work has been exhibited at festivals around the world including the Venice Biennale, Visa pour L’Image, Les Rencontres d’Arles, Boutographies and FotoLeggendo and has been published by major international newspapers including TIME, Le Monde, The Telegraph, Vanity Fair.

Stefania Siani

Copywriter

After various experiences in international agencies, he joined the BBDO group in May 2008 as Executive Creative Director of the Rome and Milan offices of DLVBDO and the digital power house of the PROXIMITY BBDO group.

He has realised campaigns for important international brands such as Audi, Alfa Romeo, Bayer, Gruppo Campari, Mercedes, Rolling Stones, Sky and Volkswagen.

In the advertising sector he has won important national and international awards at the Italian and European Art Director’s Club, D&AD, the New York Festival, Epica, Clio and Cannes.

She is President of ADCI (Art Director’s Club Italiano) and founder of the Equal Award for gender equality and inclusion in advertising.

GIUSEPPE LA SPADA

Multimedia artist

Multimedia artist, lecturer and communications consultant, he is a member of the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (New York) and Artistic Director of the Water Museums Global Network (UNESCO-IHP).

For over ten years, his commitment has been combining art and sustainability through projects that aim to disseminate and raise awareness on environmental issues, especially in the younger generations.

He has exhibited his work in Europe, America and Asia, where he has received numerous awards, including the prestigious Webby Award (the Oscars of the Internet) in 2007.

He has been Creative Director for Italian and international brands including Audi, Bulgari, Expo 2015, Pirelli, Sony Music, Telecom Italia, Versace and Volkswagen and has collaborated with artists such as Ryuichi Sakamoto, Christian Fennesz and Marithè Francois Girbaud.
